Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, for store credit in the amount of your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee of the item amount. 

The return shipping costs required to ship the item back to our facility, are always paid by the customer.

We are unable to accept any items for return or exchanges for customized items.

To return online orders to our warehouse, you must receive prior approval from ari@levzahavart.com .
